    WRONG. Windows XP and 7 DO NOT allow using the CTRL + C\V combination for copying and pasting text in the CMD window. Instead, you have to either use the right-click menu or press ALT + SPACE, then E, then P.

    At least do some basic research instead of providing the wrong information.
