The world’s second-largest smartphone manufacturer, Huawei’s alternative OS to replace the tech giant Google’s OS will run all the applications developed for Android. In simple word the company, of course, Huawei is simply trying its best to match the popularity and demand level of Android simply to beat it, as the need to consider an alternative route is quite genuine. In fact, after the tardy deadline granted to the well-known Chinese smartphone maker, Huawei to ensure support for current devices, companies like the tech giant Google may be prohibited.

It is the latest chapter in the series of Huawei’s misfortunes that have bothered this company. However, now according to the information released by the well-known portal, HuaweiCentral stated that the new operating system of Huawei will simply support all the apps that we currently use on our Android smartphones or tablets. In other words, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Huawei will make sure that the user will continue to have a very similar experience just like the Android.

The news just comes little after we reported the imminence of the presentation and possible launch of Huawei OS or HongMeng OS. However, the fact is that the above announcement simply confirms that this platform will be perfectly compatible with existing applications available for Android.

Even Yu Chengdong, the CEO and top manager of the company’s smartphone department has stated that “company’s own operating system may be ready as soon as this fall or by next spring at the latest. And the operating system will be compatible with all android apps and may even improve their performance as well”.

However, the name of this platform is still not confirmed, hence, it is still a subject of discussion. But, the real fact is that right now it is under development and it is already being tested in China with some users as well.
