Good news for KFC Lovers, certain KFC stores are gifting their guests a 5-in-1 meal box that is known as “Watt A Box” which contains a USB charger and a Power bank which simply allows guests to charge their cell phone while enjoying the meal.
KFC’s New “Watt a Box” Can Charge Your Smartphone
As we know, our world of technology is expanding its outlook, we have smartphones with the Fingerprint recognition, virtual reality, Smart clothes, Smart cars that can be taken as an example. Now its turn of the fast food company KFC, that stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Good news for anyone who needed to charge their phone while eating in restaurants or any other food places. Kentucky Fried Chicken knows how important our smartphones are nowadays and for that reason it has launched a meal box with a supplemental power source to charge your phone while eating fried chicken.
According to the reports Kentucky fried Chicken’s (KFC) 5 in 1 meal box is integrated with a power bank, which allows customers to charge their phones while enjoying the-the rich friend chicken breast.
KFC India CMO Lluis Ruiz Ribot Said “We launched the 5-in-1 Meal Box in March this year with the objective of providing an abundant complete meal and at an affordable price for our customers. With the launch of Watt a Box, we have gone a step ahead and also introduced an element of utility into the box”
KFC’s new ‘Watt a Box’ chicken box comes with a 6,100 mAh Lithium-ion battery, a USB cable, and an Apple Lightning cable. However, the power bank doesn’t even come close to full charging a phone. According to the sources, who experienced this novelty, the charger is not effective and charged 17% of the phone battery over 30 minutes during which the Powerbank became completely drained.
Currently, the Watt a Box is only available in some selected stores in Delhi and Mumbai. However, the most number of boxes are up for grabs through an online contest and some are already gifted to customers.
