How to recover deleted Facebook posts after 30 days?

Once the 30 days have passed, the posts are permanently deleted from your Facebook account. There’s no way to recover deleted Facebook posts after 30 days.

However, if you have archived the Facebook post, you can get it easily, even if 30 days have passed. This is because the Archive moves your posts, photos, or other items to the archive folder instead of the Recycle bin.

Can’t Find Post in the Trash Folder?

Not every post you delete moves to the Trash or Recycle Bin folder. For example, if you posted eight photos on your profile and deleted the third one. The third photo will disappear immediately without entering the Recycle Bin/Trash folder.

So, if you can’t find your post in the Trash folder, chances are that they are permanently deleted, or they have been deleted before 30 days.

So, you can ask your friends to check their email inbox for the post you’re looking for.

Check your email inbox

If you have activated the Facebook push notifications, you may have a copy of the post you’re looking for in your email inbox. Open your email inbox and search for the word ‘Facebook’.
