Recently, few leaked images of Xiaomi Mi S popped up on the Chinese Social Network Weibo. The Mi S is expected to feature Snapdragon 821 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 128GB internal, a mini flagship device.

It is no secret that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi aims to saturate each and every one of the ranges of smartphones available today. It has already carried out this process by launching dozens of devices during this year 2016 which come to an end, and everything seems to indicate that the Chinese firm will follow these same steps during the next year 2017 as well.
According to a leak recently discovered by the people of Weibo, everything seems to indicate that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi will release soon the Xiaomi Mi S, a device with a screen size of just 4.6-inch.
Wait, where you all are going, after knowing about the screen size, many of you might be thinking that what’s new in this device and the device will be of low range and surely come with very low specifications right.
But, hold on, what if I say you all that “whatever you all are thinking about this new device is fully wrong ?” Yes, as the specification of this new device will surely blow your mind or you can also say that this device is a “Beast in Small Pack”.
As there are many users who seek devices that feature small screen size. Unfortunately, today these devices are rare, and those that exist do not offer the performance of the popular flagship devices.
Therefore, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi decided to do so with its new upcoming device named as Mi S, and it seems that the signing of Chinese origin aims to fill the void that exists today.
So, if we fully see the features of the device, then the device will come with a FullHD screen of 4.6-Inches and 2.5D curvature, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. A 2,600 mAh battery would power all this.
As you can see, we could be talking about a shortened version of Xiaomi Mi5S, as most features remain similar.
While if we talk about the photographic section, this device will feature a 12 megapixel back camera with LED flash and PDAF, and a 4 megapixel front opening f / 2.0. Nor we will miss the fingerprint reader, which will be located in the front of the device.
At the moment it has not indicated a specific date for the launch of the device. Still, considering that Xiaomi has already confirmed their presence at CES 2017, so, do not rule out that the company could make known their new mini flagship during this event that will take place next January in Las Vegas.
