After Google earlier this year made available the beta version of Android N, the company during Google I/O 2016 asked the world to find a suitable name for its new Android version.Hence, the tech giant Google found the name Android 7.0 Nougat. That’s not the only tradition that Google has broken it. The biggest change was the sudden and unexpected release of a beta version of Android N, already in March this year.

As we all know that it is the tradition of Google to give a new version of Android a name which is also the name of a confection, where the name of the new Android version always begins with a successive letter of the alphabet.

The successor of Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) brings several innovations with it like split screen mode is added, which can trigger users to run two apps side by side. There is also a picture-in-picture (PIP) mode for videos present and Doze mode which improves the battery life as well as it also saves energy.

In addition, the notification panel was also improved considerably and there is embedded a virtual reality mode, which makes the Android Nougat for Daydream. Perhaps the most useful improvement is that the Android Nougat downloads all its security updates in the background and install them automatically. This means that now you don’t have to drive to install the updates manually as this is done automatically by the system itself.
