One of the most controversial moments of the year 2016 was undoubtedly all problems related to the Galaxy Note 7. As we all know that Samsung is the largest maker of smartphones in the market, and this device has managed to do a lot of damage to the image of the brand.

However, the South Korean tech giant Samsung claims that there is no common design fault in all units of the Galaxy Note 7. That means the company can not be held responsible for all the explosions as we have already seen on the internet and in the media.

Initially, the South Korean tech giant Samsung wants to ignore this issue as soon as possible without admitting what had happened, as Samsung trying not to associate the brand a fear that ends up exploding devices (something that also happened with their washing machines also).

But, recently, a passenger of the Virgin Airlines flight reportedly created an emergency condition for the crew along with the fellow passengers. Now, many of you might be thinking that what is the connection between this incident and Galaxy Note 7 right.

Let me clear in brief, first of all, the situation was occurred only due to the Galaxy Note 7, yes, as that passenger created a Wi-Fi hotspot with the name “Galaxy Note 7_1097” during the flight.

As we all know that earlier US government banned Samsung Galaxy Note 7 from all US airlines due to the explosion cases. Hence, this hoax incident was also ended up creating a panic situation inside the plane between passengers and crew members.

The flight crew members asked that passenger, Lucas Wojciechowski simply to press the call button, as soon as they found that Wi-Fi hotspot with Galaxy Note 7 name on the flight.

The crew quoted as saying in the report “This isn’t a joke. We’re going to turn on the lights (it’s 11 pm) and search everyone’s bag until we find it”. Later the crew quoted “Ladies and gentlemen, we found the device. Luckily only the name of the device was changed to ‘Galaxy Note 7’. It was not a GN7.”

However, later on, the flight Pilot made an announcement that the flight will have to make an emergency landing if nobody claimed responsibility for Galaxy Note 7. After this announcement the prankster, Lucas Wojciechowski finally came forward and confessed that “there was no Galaxy Note 7 on the flight” as he had simply renamed the Wi-Fi hotspot of its device.
