iPhone: 10 Years Down, CEO Says The “Best Is Yet To Come”

When one of the technological giants presents a novelty, the whole world stops to appreciate the new creation. This is what happens with Apple, and what has happened during the years of existence of the iPhone.

From the mildest ads, as a simple “style change” or replacement of the batteries until the announcement of the incorporation of a dual chamber and ultimate elimination of wires on headphones. Everything that happens in the iPhone affects the market with the force of a tidal wave. Followers and competition, everyone wants to know the latest product innovations of the Cupertino Apple.

So, today marks the 10th anniversary of Apple’s iPhone, a smartphone that simply revolutionized the smartphone world. However, iPhone has changed a lot in the past ten years. Hence, the tech giant Apple’s current CEO known as Tim Cook on the occasion of the iPhone’s 10th anniversary stated that “The best is yet to come.”

The tech giant Apple celebrates the 10th anniversary of its hero product, by simply honoring about how the late CEO of Apple Steve Jobs who introduced the first ever iPhone to the world which was a widescreen iPod with touch controls that simply revolutionized the smartphone world and a breakthrough for the Internet communications device.

In 2007 the market was dominated by Blackberry, which saw in Nokia a distant competition. This absolute dominance, accompanied by the limited technologies of the moment, determined the uniformity and lack of style of the mobiles of the moment. Blackberry should not seek to be better, simply because it was unique.

However, Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook said that “iPhone is an essential part of our customers’ lives, and today more than ever it is redefining the way we communicate, entertain, work and live, iPhone set the standard for mobile computing in its first decade, and we are just getting started. The best is yet to come”.

The tech giant Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, Philip Schiller stated that “It is amazing that from the very first iPhone through to today’s newest iPhone 7 Plus, it has remained the gold standard by which all other smartphones are judged. For many of us, iPhone has become the most essential device in our lives and we love it”.

Moreover, he also added that “iPhone is how we make voice and FaceTime calls, how we shoot and share Live Photos and 4K videos, how we listen to streaming music, how we use social media, how we play games, how we get directions and find new places, how we pay for things, how we surf the web, do email, manage our contacts and calendars, how we listen to podcasts, watch TV, movies and sports, and how we manage our fitness and health. iPhone has become all of these things and more. And I believe we are just getting started”.

Hence, ten years since the launch of this jewel of modern telephony, the tech giant Apple continues to demonstrate the same interests as in 2007: forward, give the user a better experience, and always use the latest advances in technology. If that were not enough, it keeps us on the verge of renewal of the iPhone line.

Although this year began with a decrease in the production of hero product, it appears that Apple’s next iPhone will break all schemes and delight both supporters and detractors of the brand.
