If you all remember then a few days ago we informed you all about the bypassing any iPhone’s lock screen using its own virtual assistant known as Siri through which anyone can easily access all the messages and photos stored in it. However, that was a really severe and strange flaw which required physical access to the device.

But, if we observe all these incidents carefully then it simply making us think that there is a new iPhone-killer on the loose. Yes, again a bug arise and now it comes in the form of a video that can crash most of Apple iPhones.

A malicious link simply leading to a video hosted on the Russian social network well known as “VK.com” can easily crash almost all the Apple’s iPhones. The bug simply goes down to iOS 5 starting from iOS 10 on the latest iPhone 7.

The malicious video which is hosted on the Russian social network well known as “VK.com” rapidly circulating online.

The iPhone-freezing malicious video was actually discovered by the YouTuber known as EverythingApplePro, earlier who told about the lock screen bug as well. The YouTuber EverythingApplePro uploaded a video detailing its actions yesterday.

The malicious video is actually a short .mp4 clip of someone standing by a bed with the words “Honey” written across the screen. However, just after playing that malicious clip your iPhone will remain usable for a few minutes before getting much laggier.

However, it is still not clear why this video clip has this impact on iPhones, but it is possible that it has been corrupted or infected with a malicious glitch. Hence, it causes a memory drop on the iPhone eventually it start using all the CPU resources and freezing the device.

Let me clear one thing, this bug can affect all the device and it can be iPhone, iPod, or it may be an iPad, simply it could happen because all these Apple devices run the iOS operating system.
