Acer Launches Swift 7 – World’s Thinnest Laptop
Well, we all know CES 2019 has opened its door this week. However, the new laptop from Acer, Swift 7 is already causing a excitement in Las Vegas. At CES 2019, Acer has made an impressive mark with its three new laptops. The most notable among them is Acer Swift 7.
According to the company, Swift 7 is the ‘thinnest computer in the world’ which measures 8.98mm thin. Well, to design the world’s thinnest computer, Acer has considered the clamshell laptop designs in the market with Windows and macOS.
Acer Swift 7 comes with 14-inch Full HD IPS display along with Corning Gorilla Glass NBT touchscreen. In terms of specifications, Acer Swift 7 boasts monstrous specs. It is powered by an Intel 7th Gen Core i7 processor.
Acer Swift 7 comes with 256GB of PCIe SSD storage and 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM for fast performance. Apart from all of this the laptop have a all-day battery life and 4G LTE connectivity. In terms of security, the laptop’s chassis machine has a fingerprint sensor and Windows Hello support.
Out of three laptops that were announced by Acer on CES 2019, Swift 7 is the most expensive one. The laptop is priced at the US $1,699 and will be available in North America in March.
