Well, if you ever visited Dubai then you might have noticed those skyscrapers that are budding in Dubai just like the wild mushroom. Dubai is yet to set another record in its book. The world’s first rotating skyscraper is all set to be built in Dubai by 2020.

The Dynamic Tower Hotel has been planned since the year 2008, and Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher has proposed it. Now the Dynamic Tower hotel has been scheduled for a grand opening in 2020.

Residents of Dynamic Tower hotel will be able to rotate their apartments and can control the speed of rotation too! The tower will stand at 1,375 feet tall, and it will have 80 storeys that will rotate individually by standing firm on a foundation of the concrete core, offering 360-degree views of Dubai.

The Dynamic Tower hotel will be self-powered by terrace-mounted solar panels and 79 horizontals wind turbines that will be fitted to each storeys which will give enough power to fuel the building’s electricity.

The best part of the tower is that every resident of Dynamic Tower Hotel can control how much their apartment rotates just with the voice commands! Well, on the downside the cost of this luxurious tower won’t come without an expensive price tag. Every apartment will cost approx $30 million.
