This local digital payment service application of the tech giant Google will simply offer you a set of payment options, in line with other platforms of the tech giant Gppgle like Google Wallet or Android Pay.
The tech giant Google’s Tez payment application will have permission from the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), an Indian government-backed payment system with which other tech giants (such as the social network giant Facebook and WhatsApp) have been in talks for the past year.
However, in this way, the tech giant Google wants to take the advantage of an increasingly digitized market. According to a report by Global Management Consulting and the company itself, the use of digital payments will rise to 500 billion dollars per year by 2020 in the country.
Moreover, India would not be the only country in which the tech giant Google will launch Tez. The US company, of course, the tech giant Google is also considering expanding this service internationally, which has led to record this new service in countries such as Indonesia and the Philippines.
