The world continues to be under heavy threat from terrorist attacks. Last Monday a terrorist was able to detonate an explosive device near one of the exits of Manchester Arena, where thousands of people who had just attended the concert of the Ariana Grande were passing.

The attack killed 22 people and injured 59 and some have been saved by an iPhone.

In the midst of such misfortune, there are always “lucky” stories. Lisa Bridgett, was on the phone when the attack happened and it probably saved her life. According to her husband’s statements to the British press, the fact that Lisa was on the phone saved her life, as the iPhone was able to “lock” a nail that went in the direction of her head.

Lisa Bridgett eventually lost one of the fingers of her left hand and also suffered a minor fracture of her nose from the shrapnel. Steve Bridgett, Lisa’s husband, shared some images on Facebook’s social network to show the violence of the attack.

Well here goes…..Lisa is in a positive mood and feels very lucky to be alive, witnessing first hand what could of been…

As you can see from the images, the bottom of the iPhone was quite destroyed. The metal construction of the equipment probably helped that this was no longer a tragedy. This is not the first time an iPhone has saved its life as earlier we have already heard this type of cases.
