After Firefox 57, Mozilla is right now seeding the final release of the Firefox 58 “Quantum” web browser on its official mirrors. The company had announced that it will make Firefox 58 browser official next week on January 23.

After Firefox 57, Mozilla is right now seeding the final release of the Firefox 58 “Quantum” web browser on its official mirrors. The company had announced that it will make Firefox 58 browser official next week on January 23.

However, now it looks like that the company has made the upcoming web browser available for download from its official download servers. Windows, Linux, and macOS users can now grab the new release by visiting the Mozilla website.

The development phase of Firefox 58 started two months ago and the developers have managed to add the streaming compilation and two tired baseline compiler in it to make WebAssembly even faster. This thing also enables the WebVR by default for Mac OS X users.

Firefox 58 has been also optimized to load web pages much faster. Developers have implemented a technique to cache Javascript files which improves the render speed for Windows users. The most important thing is, Firefox 58 web browser will come with security fixes for Spectre and Meltdown flaw.
