Mr. Robot Will Reveal “Dream Device For Hackers”
Mr. Robot is the show that stars Rami Malek as Elliot Alderson, a cyber security engineer and hacker who suffers from social anxiety disorder and clinical depression. The show provides a practical art of various hacking and vulnerabilities that are on the front page of cyber security.
The running episode shows Elliot Alderson used a Pwnie Express Pwn Phone as a mobile platform to run a custom script he has written, CrackSIM. Which he describes as “a dream device for pentester”

The Pwn Phone is the newcomer in the connected device hacks on Mr. Robot whereas a majority of hacks performed by fsociety are done via devices- femtocell, Raspberry PI, & Bluetooth sniffers.
Earlier Pwnie had cleared that they don’t overlook the illegal use of penetration testing tools and devices. However, pentesting is essential, and having the relevant tools is the part of the process
