Microsoft India and the state government recently signed a contract for the establishment in the southern port city of Visakhapatnam, Nadella calls India as “Center of Excellence”, the development of cloud technology and the use of related technologies for local service.

Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu treated a meal with a meeting for Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, who currently visited Hyderabad at his residence in yesterday.

The conference continued for 80 minutes, throughout that Nadella promised the state government of complete assistance in the utilization of cloud data for enhancing citizen services.

The center is part of Microsoft’s commitment to India’s development of cloud technology, it will be used to analyze the policy plan in order to improve the level of municipal services. Three “proof of concept” solution will be used on Microsoft Azure Machine Learning and Advanced Visualisation in education, agriculture and e-citizen services, an official release said. Microsoft will provide additional technical training key to the smooth application of technical cooperation.

The official said “These POC solutions will be built and deployed to address specific problems within each of the fields to achieve better outcomes for the state. It would use the lab method for data gathering, analysis, predictive analysis and policy planning.”

By confirming again that to support the motherland with an agreed document signed by Satya Nedella, the support of government’s initiatives for cloud adoption and improving customer service, Microsoft also said that it will continue to enroll the engagement in training and to improve government’s key IT executives on Microsoft technology such as Cloud, Mobility and appropriate Microsoft Technology stack.

The agreement received a confirmation of being India Microsoft CEO Nadella personal visit. During the signing of the agreement, Nadella working with the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Visakhapatnam belongs N Chandrababu Naidu, they met each other two sides discussed matters related to local startups.
