Recently, Nokia 2 Android powered smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench and the listing shows Nokia 2 which is codenamed, Unknown Heart. The Geeekbench listing shows that Nokia 2 scored 422 in single core test and in multi-core test it had scored 1146.
Nokia 2 Spotted On Geekbench!
In June 2017, we have seen HMD Global, the company that holds the right to manufacture and sell Nokia Branded devices had launched Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 smartphones in India. These three smartphones are powered by Android.
Out of these three smartphones, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 are available on Offline stores. Whereas, Nokia 6 is available exclusively on Amazon India. These three Android powered smartphones from Nokia were introduced at MWC 2017 in February 2017.
There are lots of rumors making rounds on the internet regarding HMD Global’s entry-level smartphone Nokia 2. Recently, Nokia 2 Android powered smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench and the listing shows Nokia 2 which is codenamed, Unknown Heart.
As we already mentioned, Nokia 2 is going to be company’s entry-level smartphones. So, it is expected to come with a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 210 processor and will have only 1GB of RAM. The smartphone is expected to run on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.
The Geeekbench listing shows that Nokia 2 scored 422 in single core test and in multi-core test it had scored 1146. This is not the first time Nokia 2 had been spotted online, earlier the leaked images of the phone were compared alongside Nokia 3. The leaked images suggested that Nokia 2 will have smaller onscreen navigation keys, instead of capacitive ones.
Few leaks of Nokia 2 also hints that the smartphone will look a lot like the Nokia Lumia 620 smartphone of the earlier days. However, all of these are rumors. The company hasn’t made any announcements regarding the upcoming Nokia 2.
