Reliance Jio is now about to bring 5G for its users while working with Samsung! Samsung recently made an announcement regarding their “I&G (Infill & Growth) Project” which will help Reliance Jio to expand its wireless connectivity and capacity.

After Success Of 4G, Reliance Jio Is All Set To Launch 5G

Well, Indians are already enjoying the six-month service of Reliance Jio where subscribers get to use free unlimited 4G services which include free voice calls, SMS, and the Internet.

So, after the smashing success of 4G, Reliance Jio is now about to bring 5G for its users while working with Samsung! Samsung recently made an announcement regarding their “I&G (Infill & Growth) Project” which will help Reliance Jio to expand its wireless connectivity and capacity.

The Infill & Growth Project will help Reliance Jio to extend its services to the rural areas by expanding its reach to over 90% of the population and will also enable flawless coverage, both outdoor and indoor even in crowded urban regions.

Jyotindra Thacker, President of Reliance Jio Infocomm, told IANS “We successfully achieved 100 million subscribers in 170 days and are committed to bringing game-changing digital experiences to India with superior ecosystems, mobile content, all-IP networks and ongoing process innovations.”

“It was possible because we introduced a truly effective LTE service, Pan-India. We are committed to bringing game-changing digital experiences to India with superior ecosystems, mobile content, all-IP networks and ongoing process innovations.”

Previously, Samsung had provided the LTE core, base stations and other solutions which are required for VoLTE services. Reliance Jio and Samsung had also established the world’s largest greenfield LTE network.

Youngky Kim, Samsung Electronics, President & Head of Networks Business said “The massive deployment of over a million cells across India is especially remarkable. We will strive to create new paradigms for LTE-Advanced Pro and 5G by closely cooperating with Jio as a unified workforce.”

According to India Today, Samsung also helped Jio for offering some professional solutions like Samsung VoLTE, Quality Monitoring, and Analysis (VoMA), Cognitive Traffic Monitoring and Optimiser.

Well, Reliance Jio was the first company in India to introduce free HD calls (VoLTE), and now again Samsung and Reliance have come together to take connectivity to a brand new level.
