Chris Larsen became an overnight multi-billionaire when the value of Ripple jumped from $0.25 in December 2017 to $3.16 on this Wednesday. It’s worth to note that Ripple right now ranks as the second biggest after Bitcoin.

Guess what, such huge spike in value has also put Chris Larsen ahead of Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Chris Larsen right now holds 5.19 billion XRP and the token recorded a 17% stake. So, in total, Larsen holds over 15.6 billion XRP. At the time of writing, Larson’s net worth is around $54.2 billion.

A few days ago, the market value of XRP had reached $3.84 (net worth $59.9) which made Chris Larsen reach just below Mark Zuckerberg who right now stands of the 4th position on Forbes World’s richest list.
