The Galaxy Note 7 had everything to be a sales success but turned out to be a torment for the South Korean company. After the first explosions were reported, the company then actually stopped selling this smartphone and started worldwide a replacement program.
But according to the recent information, newly replaced safe devices are also having problems, as a result one of the safe replaced Note 7 explode inside an airplane. With all these problems, the South Korean tech giant Samsung just for now announced that it will suspend the temporary production of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
The information on the suspension of production of the Galaxy Note 7 was published in “The Wall Street Journal”, having been sent by a source close to Samsung.
Once it has collected 2.5 million smartphones worldwide, the company proceeded with the delivery of new safe devices, which again came with problems.
The company still tried to minimize the problem just by revealing that 26 accidents were reported, among them, many cases came out as a “false case”. It means that the users who reported that there was an explosion with the device but after the investigation company unable to find any evidence that this has actually happened.
Among these 26 cases, the company said that in 12 cases they didn’t find any fault and 7 devices of the victim simply disappeared after giving indications that their smartphone came in combustion. The remaining seven customers cancelled their complaint.
But the recent problem now led the company to even suspend the production of its flagship device known as Galaxy Note 7. However, we will continue to monitor this case and wait for the official information from the company itself.
