Samsung just announced a new flagship mobile processor in the Exynos 9 series that is built on the 10nm process. The new Exynos 9 Series 9810 SoC will be the processor that will power the company’s upcoming flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy S9.

Samsung’s Exynos chipset became eventually popular when it was launched with Samsung’s Galaxy S and Note lineup. Samsung always prepares a new Exynos chipset for their high-end smartphones.

The reason why we are talking about Samsung’s Exynos chipset is that the company had just announced a new flagship mobile processor in the Exynos 9 series that is built on the 10nm process.

It is rumored that the new Exynos 9 Series 9810 SoC will be the processor that will power the company’s upcoming flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy S9.

Exynos 9810 is the company’s newest top-of-the-line processor. It features custom third-generation processing cores and an updated video processing unit. In terms of connectivity, it will support LTE (4G) connections with speeds up to 1.2 gigabits per second.

Well, some rumors also pints that early next year Qualcomm will launch Snapdragon 845 SoC which is said to be built on a new faster, more efficient 7nm fabrication Process.

Samsung has unveiled the Exynos 9810 in a press release on the already received awards from CES 2019. It also mentions the ISOCELL Slim 2X7 image sensor with 24 megapixels.
