Xiaomi Mi 6 Survives Durability Test – Watch The Video
Well, we have seen many durability tests of smartphones. A few months ago, popular YouTuber JerryRigEverything tested the durability of Nokia 6. The test made the YouTuber astonished with its solid build.
The reason why I am talking about durability test is because recently YouTuber JerryRigEverything had conducted the durability test of newly released Xiaomi Mi6. Well, the company calls Xiaomi Mi 6 a splash-resistant. However, is it durable enough?
JerryRigEverything conducted the scratch test on 5.15-inch display that is protected by Gorilla Glass. Xiaomi fans will feel good to know that the phone offered as much resistance against scratches as Samsung Galaxy S8 did in the similar test conducted a few months ago.
The next to come in the list was burn test. Well, the flame kills the pixel of the IPS LCD display of Xiaomi Mi6 in about 10 seconds. It almost took 5 seconds for the IPS display to recover the pixels that turned out black after subjecting a part of the screen to flames.
YouTuber even tried to bend the phone by giving outside forces. The new phone managed to survive the bend test too. So, Xiaomi Mi6 has performed impressively in its first durability test.
