Or you can use an Android Emulator for TV in Android Studio. This is one of the easiest ways to try out the new software.

With the new Android 13, the TV doesn’t have much difference from than Android 12 TV. The first beta update doesn’t bring features like expanded picture-in-picture mode and Fast Pair support.

According to Google, customizations in Android will be introduced with each release. It will improve the experience and compatibility of TV.

Android 13 Features

Android 13 will not have much difference in the design; there will be some minor improvements in Android 12.

According to the developers, the upcoming OS will allow users to select a theme for icons. However, this feature will be exclusive to Pixel smartphones. The developers will also add a monochrome icon for the app to change the icon theme.

The update will let users select between clock styles on the lock screen. In the Now Playing widget, the control has been moved up.

There are reports that the new OS might introduce a new tap-to-transfer (TTT) system. It lets users pass media controls to other devices.

Android 13 might have Fast Pair natively, so it will be easy to connect your compatible Bluetooth accessories.

Android 13 will be announced at the Google I/O Event, and the stable version is expected to roll out in August – October 2022.

Google is expected to launch Pixel 6A Smartphone, Pixel watch, Pixel Buds Pro, and new Next Hub with a detachable display. It might also reveal the much-rumored foldable Pixel.
