#1 First of all, make sure that you log out of all the services that are using the Apple ID. This is a mandatory step if not followed you would be restricted in the middle of the method. So just identify all of the services using the Apple ID and log out from them all. Next head to the next step once you have made all of the changes of this step.

#2 Open Setting on your iPhone device or the iPad device, this is easy to locate and you could reach it easily. Once reached to the settings screen of the iPhone or iPad, you will see that there is your Name on the top of the screen. Tap on your name and then you would reach to the page where all of the information related to the Apple ID will be shown to you.
