The founder of SpaceX and Tesla has used his profile on the social network Twitter to make these reflections high and respond to the words spoken a few hours earlier by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During a lecture to Russian students on the occasion of the inauguration of the school year, Putin gave a speech in which it affirmed that the country that leads the investigation in the field of the Artificial Intelligence will be the one that dominates the planet while offering “colossal opportunities”.
