Google Just Launched Its Brand-New Free Learning App
The smartphone market in India is really huge, and no doubt the tech giant Google already dominates it almost completely. Hence, the tech giant Google always seek and worries about keeping all its users happy with its new and exclusive projects.
Hence, to fulfill all the requirements of its users, now the tech giant Google has just launched a brand new application which is known as ‘Bolo‘. However, now if we talk about the all-new learning application of the tech giant Google, then let me clarify that Google Bolo is basically, a learning application for elementary school children in India, so they can increase their understanding and vocabulary in Hindi and English.
The tech giant Google’s new Bolo learning application, which means “to speak” in Hindi, is an app with games and tasks that reward children as they progress. It has already been launched with 920 students in 200 villages in India and is about to open throughout the country on its most used mobile operating system, of course, I am talking about none other than Android.
Basically, the system uses the tech giant Google’s own voice recognition and text-to-speech technology, so that we can ask children to read sentences and show if they have done it correctly or not.
Moreover, the well-known Google Bolo learning application has an animated voice assistant, known as Diya, which makes pronunciation suggestions and vocabulary corrections, all about predefined stories (90 currently).
While the all-new learning application of the tech giant Google, of course, Google Bolo app also works without an Internet connection as well, and the most interesting thing is that, although it is a free application, but, the tech giant Google decided to not push any ads, simply to reduce the data consumption.
Hence, it simply works as the type of book that each child reads and the point where it could have stalled. Moreover, the data is not linked to any particular user, in fact, there is no need to put any emails to create an account, which simply helps to have more privacy and confidence when using it.
However, the goal is to launch it first in India is its students, yes, India has 50 percent of students in fifth grade who cannot fully understand a simple sentence in any language, hence, the tech giant Google decided to launch its new learning app in India, and after India it will reach other countries, but currently we don’t have any specific dates.
