However, a luxury cellphone maker decided to surf the wave with the Gresso 3310, a device with “ultra-durable titanium body” that is even more indestructible than the original.
The Gresso 3310 is very similar to the old Nokia 3310, but it has incredible advances over the original: it has a 3-megapixel rear camera, 32 GB of internal storage, while the mobile of the year 2000 had no user-accessible memory, and not only that this new Gresso 3310 also support for Two carrier chips. The battery can handle up to 75 hours of talk time and 30 days of standby time.
Whoever thought the old Nokia 3310 was indestructible might be satisfied with the Gresso cell phone, made of grade 5 titanium, a material that is actually used in the main body of an aircraft and for biomedical implants as well. The company claims to SlashGear that the Gresso 3310 is “indestructible” and supports drops of up to 10 meters.
But, what about the price of this indestructible clone of the iconic Nokia 3310? Just at the cost of $3,000 which will be around Rs.2,00,000 in Indian currency. However, the clone of the Nokia 3310 is a limited edition cell phone: only 3,310 units will be produced. So, if you want this device then simply run before it’s over.
