A few months ago we have seen HMD Global, the company that holds the rights to manufacture and sell Nokia branded smartphones had launched Nokia 6. Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 Android powered smartphones in Indian market.

Out of these three smartphones, Nokia 6 is available exclusively on Amazon India, whereas Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 are available on Offline stores. There are lots of rumors making round on the internet that claims that HMD Global is about to launch a high-end smartphone Nokia 8.

Nokia 8 Android powered smartphone is all set to launch today. HMD global has announced an event in London today. It looks like the event is directed towards the unveiling of the new Nokia 8 flagship smartphone.

The launch event will be live streamed either on company’s official website or its YouTube channel. Well, ahead of the launch the smartphone has been subjected to several leaks.

Almost every detail about the upcoming smartphone from Nokia seems to be leaked online. Previously, we have also seen the leaked images of Nokia 8 smartphone has been spotted on Chinese media outlet CNMO.

If we talk about the rumored specifications of the upcoming device, the smartphone is likely to feature a 5.7-inch display and will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 paired with 4GB or 6GB of ram. The phone will also have 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128Gb with the microSD card.
