How to Reset Your Content Suggestions on Instagram?
Follow these simple steps to reset the content recommendations you see in Explore, Reels, and Feed.
1. Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone and update the Instagram app.
2. Once updated, launch the Instagram app on your phone.
3. Tap your Profile picture at the bottom right corner.
4. On the Profile screen, tap the hamburger menu at the top right.
5. On the Settings and Activity screen, scroll down to the What you See section and tap Content Preferences.
6. On the Content Preferences, tap Reset suggested content.
7. On you want a fresh start screen, tap Next.
8. Before resetting, review who you follow and your ad topics screen, and tap Reset suggested content.
This will reset the content recommendations you see in Explorer, Reels, and Feed.
