Yes, Opera Software has just launched the all-new Opera GX, which is the world’s first gaming browser, yes, it is basically designed for gaming.
Now many of you might be thinking that for what purpose this new gaming browser has been created by Opera Software? Is it to play in the browser? Or it is for the people who like to play video games? However, for now, the truth is that nobody knows the exact reason and purpose of this web browser, as Opera Software has not given any more clues about this new web browser.

As in the announcement it has made on its blog, where the only information that it offers, besides the screenshot that you can see here below, is that it is “The first browser built for your gaming setup is coming soon.”
The statement says that at the moment they can not reveal anything more, but they simply invite to sign up on the Opera GX website through an email address, to be the first to try the beta version of the world’s first gaming browser, of course, Opera GX.
In the lower part of the website there is a brief preview of what this gaming web browser, Opera GX will be, and not only that even there is a bar that also allows you to change the color of the browser, with an effect similar to the LED lighting used by computers for gaming.
Moreover, on the left side, a series of icons that represent a gamepad, a loading icon, a timer, and another settings icon is visible. Hence, for now, we can simply assume that you can play video games directly in this web browser, through a special gateway, or else it will simply speed up the whole process, however, the fact is that for now there is little confusion that what exactly it will offer to the users.
While apart from all these things the fact is that, maybe the all-new Opera GX is optimized to play through streaming, in newly announced services like Google Stadia. But, it may also offer some type of chat to communicate with other players while you play or give access to special content related to gaming, like Twitch-type video channels, online videogame stores, etc.
