Well, back in 1990, Moore’s law is ruling, and researchers were busy learning new chip manufacturing techniques and shrinking the size of transistors. However, due to the limitation on Moore’s Law, chip makers won’t be able to shrink the sizes of chips for much longer.

However, we had recently seen ASUS Tinkerboard which is a Mini PC and a Raspberry Pi-Killer. Now, we are going to introduce another powerful board that can give tough competition to Raspberry PI 3.

One of the Chip manufacturers just launched a motherboard which features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820. The motherboard goes by the name DragonBoard 820c, and it is the first computer based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chip. The product was listed on Arrow Electronics Website.

DragonBoard 820c is the potential predecessor of DragonBoard 410 which supports the variety of software platforms which includes Android, Linux, and Windows 10 IoT core. However, Arrow Electronics website claims that DragonBoard 820c is compatible with Android only.

Now, if we talk about DragonBoard 820c specifications, it is blazing fast and also supports 4K graphics and has some features that make it perfect for creating various projects, robots, and drones.

DragonBoard 820c comes preloaded with 32GB UFS Flash, and it also includes 3GB LPDDR4 RAM, USB 2.0 AND 3.0, GPS, WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth and also has an Adreno 530 GPU.
