According to the latest reports, the social network giant Facebook recently announced some extraordinary new features for Messenger during the F8 conference. It aims to be the fastest messaging application on the planet and prepares a new Friends tab with status and stories. And not only that, even now, it will simply adopt end-to-end encryption by default in every conversation; moreover, there will also be a native app for the tech giant Microsoft’s Windows and the tech giant Apple’s macOS.

And not only that, even now, ill simply adopt end-to-end encryption by defaulin t in every conversation. Moreover, there will  bealso be a native app for the tech giant Microsoft’s Windows and the tech giant Apple’s macOS.

While the social network giant Facebook Messenger’s team is playing an internal project called LightSpeed to accelerate the performance of the iOS application, while its code will be rewritten entirely to reduce battery consumption and storage, which occupies only 30MB and opens in 1.3 seconds (without being in memory before), and it will be released later this year, of course, 2019.

Yes, you heard it right; a native desktop app will be released on Windows and macOS in late 2019, as we told earlier. Moreover, the program will support group video calls and other features. As the social network giant, Facebook already offers an application for Windows 10, but it is ported from iOS through the IslandWood Project and does not work as well.

In addition, following Mark Zuckerberg’s future is the secret mantra, asyour  Messenger will adopt nd encryption by default, just like they did in the world’s most used instant messaging app, WhatsApp.

Yes, you can already use the “t” feature. Still, the fact is that currently, it is optional and only works on the tech giant Apple’s iOS and the tech giant Google’s most used mobile operating system, of course, Android.

The Friends tab will change, transforming into a social network for friends and family. Instead of just listing your contacts, it will also highlight status in text and stories as well.

Finally, the social network giant Facebook’s Messenger app will gain a “Watch Together” feature to watch videos with your friends as it will basically be a video call with a field to enter text, where you can comment on your opinion about a video or series.
