The first two new features come with Chrome 64 and 65. The third change will take effect in January. The tech giant Google has released a tool called the Abusive Experience Report that will allow developers to see if their sites are compatible. If a site has any inconsistency, then it will take 30 days before Chrome starts blocking the site from opening new tabs and windows.
