Google Introduces An Amazing Feature On Its Android, iOS App
Today, Google had introduced its own take on the News Feed, this new feature is Google’s attempt to personalize news and showcase content that is relevant to its users. The new feature will be made available on Android and iOS devices through the Google App.
Well, Google had showcased the feed in December 2016. But, the feature is now going to be an even more important part of Google app. Google in the blog post talked about how advanced their machine learning algorithms have become in finding relevant content for the users.
You will feel good to know that from now, the things you search on Google like Popular movies, music videos, artist, tv shows etc. would carry a ‘Follow’ button. According to Google, the Follow button will help google to understand users interest which their machine learning algorithms can’t guess.
You all might be think what actually is the feed? Well, as we already mentioned this feature will help users how relevant content along with articles that are trending in the area. So, from now if you love to read news or stories of any particular interest, then you are going to see a lot more of it from the Google app.
For example, if you’ve been searching about smartphones or cricket then you can keep an eye on the latest trend in smartphones and cricket world by tapping the Follow button. Once you start to follow any particular topic, the feed will cover all the regular update around that topic.
On the other hand, if you want to unfollow any topics on the feed, then users can just tap on a card and choose the unfollow button. Google on the blog post said, “the more you use Google, the better your feed will be.”
