As we all know very well that the Finnish Company Nokia’s PureView brand actually emerged in 2012 when the Finnish company Nokia introduced the Nokia 808, which at the time featured the largest photo camera ever seen on a smartphone.

This line continued later with the launch of other iconic smartphones, like the Lumia 920, 1020, 1520, and more recently the Lumia 950, already arisen from the hands of the tech giant Microsoft.

This reference seems to have now been passed on to HMD Global, with the brand ensuring that it can use PureView on its smartphones now.

The transfer of the brand was carried out last August 23 and was delegated from the tech giant Microsoft to HMD Global, according to the records of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

With this addition to its reference catalog of the Finnish company Nokia, HMD is thus able to create new smartphones associated with PureView, which means high-quality and high-quality photographic lenses.

This opens the door to the creation of new Nokia smartphones, with the cameras that the PureView line has accustomed us, synonymous with high quality in photography.
