Well, previously we have seen US Senate voted to dismiss the broadband privacy laws that are created by the FCC (Federal Communication Commission) the previous year. Well, that rule forced internet providers to get permission before selling users data.

Well, US Senate On Wednesday voted, with 50 Republicans voting for dismissing the broadband rules, whereas 48 Democrats against. Well, the US internet service providers argued that the existing FCC’s rule favored tech giants like Facebook and Google and restricted the ISPs from getting the same privileges.

On Monday, US President Donald Trump have signed a resolution that would void the privacy rules adopted by the FCC previous year. So, according to the new regulations, ISPs won’t need your permission to sell your private or sensitive data.

Well, after President Donald Trump signed the new rules, critics have started to predict that Internet companies are now in a position where they can exploit the customers and can even charge them for keeping their search or any other data private.
