It’s said that the upcoming Fall Creators update will offer a better user experience. But, in the run-up to the new update, the company has released a patch update that had forcibly installed an app on a users computer without seeking permission.

Few Windows 10 users have reported that they found an app which goes by the name “Photos Add-on” installed on their computer without any permission or notifications. What’s more confusing is, the app was also found on Windows Store but it doesn’t carry any proper description of what it does.

Microsoft hasn’t released any official statement on the functionality of this update yet. So, what do you think about this? Share your views in the comment box below.
