Ex-Snapchat employee Anthony Pompliano said that in the year 2015, when he asked Evan Spiegel about the slow growth of Snapchat in India market he said βSnapchat is only for rich people, I donβt want to expand into poor countries like India and Spainβ
Well, right after the comment #uninstallsnapchat started trending on Facebook and Twitter in no time. Indian users have started to uninstall Snapchat app from their phone and went to app stores to give the app poor ratings.
However, some people, amidst the chaos, has got Snapchat and Snapdeal confused. The Snapchat issue is now causing a lot of harm to Snapdeal, which has no relation with it, whatsoever.
