This year the Xiaomi has bet a mass release strategy which has already presented several news during the past few months. With the expected arrival next week, it has been recently disclosed the main features and price of the new Xiaomi Mi Note 2.

However, this year the Xiaomi has placed bet strongly in the mobile market, having already presented several options for their different ranges and lines.

In recent months, there have been several rumors about the release of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, not having confirmed any of the advanced dates till now. But already scheduled event for 25 October 2016, it’s time the Chinese brand present one that will replace the Mi Note, released in 2015, and will become one of the top range of Xiaomi.

Although over time some features have already emerged in many rumors and leaks, it has recently shared on Weibo what appear to be an official slide show of this new model and confirms some of the already advanced information.

The new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will come with a Super AMOLED 5.7 “2K Display (2560 x 1440 pixels), supported by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, 6.4 GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.

As it has been common in new releases, it comes with a dual camera with a sensor of 23 MP Sony IMX318 sensor accompanied by a 12 MP Sony IMX378 and the front camera will be 8MP.

To provide extra security to its users, it will come with ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, as it was announced in Mi5s and even an iris reader. To provide a good autonomy to its users, the Mi Note will bring a battery of 4100 mAh with Quick Charge 3.0 support.

In the same leak, prices were shared the for the Chinese market, with the model of 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory to cost $415 and the 6GB model of RAM and 128GB of internal storage to cost $445. For markets outside China, prices should be higher.

According to some rumors, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will support a total of 37 global frequencies, where the 800 MHz band will be included, thus making up one of the phones compatible with higher market rates.
