The CES 2017 to be held in Las Vegas is about to open their doors and show developments inaugurate this new season of the consumer electronics sector. We know that ASUS will present new products, but not only in terms of laptops in the field noted for its affordable price.

As we can see in the official Twitter account of the company, at CES 2017 – which will open Thursday – ASUS will present a smartphone which will have the power of Snapdragon 835, the latest Qualcomm, which in turn will also be presented Officially during this technology fair.

Among the advantages offered by the famous version 835 processor, it has a superior performance as compared to the previous model (27%) with a lower battery usage (40%). Of course, it depends on the phone in which it is integrated, but this new development featuring Qualcomm’s 10-nanometer architecture in which Samsung has an important role.

It also includes Quick Charge 4.0, which means that battery will load 20% faster. According to the company announces, this novelty offers five hours of use with a quick charge of just 5 minutes (in 15 minutes it reaches half of the load).

With Snapdragon 835 comes compatibility with USB Type-C, and it is something important as the tech giant Google already announced that version 3.0 is not compatible with the specifications of the new Android Nougat.
