To counter Reliance Jio, all the leading telecom companies are offering free data, unlimited voice calling at very low price. So, these offers from other operators will blow your mind.

Jio Effect: BSNL, Airtel, Idea And Others Offering Unlimited Calls & Data

Reliance Jio which is known for its high-speed free internet service had already dominated the telecom market. As the Reliance Jio aims to offer free 4G internet to the 90% of Indians along with the free voice calls and messaging services.

So, we all must agree that Indians are always at the peak when it comes about available any internet facility. We all know Jio, which is also known as Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited has previously given its users free unlimited 4G data for 90 days. Not only that, even the company also extended its free services until March 31, 2017.

Jio is the only reason behind all the competition going on in the telecom market. So, to counter Reliance Jio even the Indian Government Telecom company BSNL also announced unlimited calling offer for its pre-paid users along with limited free data usage.

Along with the BSNL, all other leading telecom companies have also launched their free services simply to counter Reliance Jio. However, we all know that Jio hasn’t quite received call transferring support from existing telecom operators in the country yet. Hence, Mr. Ambani said that Reliance Jio’s call drop issue has also come down to 20%.

So, now let’s have a look at the plans offered by the other leading telecom companies to counter Reliance Jio:-

BSNL: Get unlimited local and STD BSNL to BSNL with 300 MB data for only Rs 99 with the validity of 28 days (For prepaid users).
(Note: This offer is applicable in Kolkata TD, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Maharastra & Rajasthan for within network calls.)

Whereas in other circles the same offer will be available within the price range of Rs.119 to Rs.149. Users will get unlimited local and STD BSNL to BSNL calls for a period of 28 days along with 300MB of data.

BSNL has also introduced a new combo STV with Unlimited local and STD BSNL to any network with 1GB data for only Rs 339 with a validity of 28 days on the pan-India basis. Now, if we talk about unlimited 3G data then BSNL is offering unlimited 3G data at Rs. 1099 with 30 Days validity.

Aircel: With RC14 and RC249, through these new packs Aircel will now offer its customers unlimited local and STD calling across all networks with a validity of one day and 28 days, respectively.
(Note: These new packs are only valid for Aircel prepaid users.)

Airtel: It introduced two amazing offer packs priced at Rs. 145 and Rs. 345 each in which the Rs. 145 pack will offer you 300 MB of 4G data, and free local and STD Airtel-to-Airtel calls. While the second one Rs. 345 pack will offer you 1 GB of 4G data and free local and STD calls to any network in India (not just Airtel) and will be valid for 28 days.

Idea: Even Idea also introduced two amazing packs priced at Rs. 348 and Rs. 148 each in which the Rs. 348 pack will offer you 1GB of 4G data and free local and STD unlimited voice calls to any network in India. While the Rs. 148 pack will offer you 300MB of 4G data and free local and STD Idea-to-Idea calls.

Tata DoCoMo: It continues to remain the cheapest option for such unlimited plans. As, the company gives 5 GB of 2G or 3G data plus unlimited calls for Rs 348, which is five times more data for the same price.

However, what is seriously absurd about Reliance Jio is the fact that under its current Happy New Year offer, Jio still offering free 4G data, Voice calls, Video calls, SMS and Jio Premium App service every day, until March 31, 2017, and it is something which other telecom companies can not match up to that.
