The theme of Bitcoins has been one of those which has given the discussion the most time. There are those who see advantages, but many also see negative points in this cryptocurrency.

Even the tech giant Apple’s iconic co-founder Steve Wozniak had already recognized the value of these digital coins, saying they were better than the Dollar and Gold.

However, tech giant Apple’s iconic co-founder, Steve Wozniak recently experienced a poor experience, being mocked and simply lost 7 Bitcoins.

Who would say that the big names in technology get caught up in the bandit’s conversation, too? Well, the undesirable happened to the charismatic Steve Wozniak, of course, the co-founder of the tech giant Apple.

It was during the Global Business Summit event this Monday in New Delhi, India where the tech giant Apple’s iconic co-founder Steve Wozniak told how he became the victim and fallen into a scam in which his 7 Bitcoins were stolen.

According to the tech giant Apple’s iconic co-founder, Steve Wozniak, everything happened on the basis of a fraud in which someone bought him the Bitcoins, having paid by credit card and, after the process, cancelled the payment. To make matters worse, it was learned that it was a stolen credit card.

“I had seven bitcoins stolen from me through fraud.

Somebody bought them from me online through a credit card and they cancelled the credit card payment. It was that easy. And it was from a stolen credit card number so you can never get it back.”

However, the tech giant Apple’s co-founder remains fascinated and adept at virtual currencies, stressing that it is a currency that is not manipulated by governments.

“Bitcoins to me was a currency that was not manipulated by the governments. It is mathematical, it is pure, it can not be altered.”

Currently, each Bitcoin has a value around $10,700, which means that, with this mockery, the tech giant Apple’s iconic co-founder Steve Wozniak had a loss of about $75,000.
